I recommend this hotel to all who wish to spend a pleasant holiday for good money, good location and very nice staff.

We had an offer of transport free of charge to the airport by the reception staff who was very friendly ~ the hotel is modern, clean and well organised ~ there's a lovely restaurant close by called Almoccolo in via Catania 22 and its location is good (although Rimini is easy to travel around in general).
Carpet slippers are required for all guests... the walls and ceilings are thin - we heard every footstep from above as if they were amplified for our entertainment, and the conversation next door could also be heard.

I liked its location which is very near the beach and the main street of rimini
The room was very small, it had no air condition and the worst part of it that we were told that the towels are changed every three days. On the third they were not changed and we were told they shall be changed later but still we found no new towels. We had to go and ask the night receptionist for them, and we were then given with not so much of a smile or an apology. Breakfast is basic. Would definetly not stay at this hotel again

If you can, request the room with the terrace. It is much better than the other balconies for the same price.
The washroom situation was very crowded. No separate shower, or even shower curtain. Also no ac.

The hotel is in very nice location, just few hundred meters from the beach. Stuffs are so much friendly more than expectations. Excellent buffet breakfast. Rooms are small but have nice balcony and private bathroom, what else do you need ? I would say, the price is very less according to its standard.

Close proximity to the beach and the local restaurants, buffett breakfast very good to start the day.
It was a bit noisy at times, walls may be bit thin, and quite a lot of people banging doors

The hotel manager, Clara, was very informative and helpful and also seemed to work tirelessly over long hours each day we were there. The breakfast selection was plentiful and we could help ourselves to as much as we wanted. The location of the hotel to the beach was less than a 5 minute straight walk. The interior of the hotel had lots of interesting pictures of artist Frida Kahlo; old pictures and posters of the Italian motorcycle industry, namely Ducati and Vespa and it had a young lively vibe there with soft rock music playing from the dining room adjacent to the lobby.
The room we stayed in was directly above the lobby and entrance to the hotel which meant we could hear the constant footsteps on the un-carpeted lobby, stairs and hallway.

The Hotel was very basic, no TV in room. Had to ask every day for toilet paper. Dreadful smell of drains in bathroom. Did not get clean towels every day, dirty ones were left on floor in bathroom for 2 days.I would recommend if you are looking for a cheap place to stay, but bear in mind, you get what you pay for.

Very helpful, welcoming and accommodating staff. Artistic and personal decoration of the hotel. Fairly quiet place (taking the neighbourhood into account). Easy walk to many beaches.
No internet (one can use a free wi-fi in a pub two blocks away). Car parking is very limited (and for small cars predominantly), but there was a place in front of the hotel for us most of the time.

the stay at hotel elia was quite pleasent for us and met our expectations according to what we have read on Booked.net. both price and breakfast were fair with a decent choice of sweets and a nice (automatic) coffee maker.
speaking of breakfast, apart from butter, jam, cakes and yogurt, it sadly didn't offer anything 'more substantial' like cheese, ham, eggs or tomatoes. a quick note on the rooms - they were clean and offered enough space for 4 persons but the en-suite bathroom is certainly not ideal. however, given the price tag that's something that can be overlooked.

Easy to find, good breakfast, good price.
Too noisy - you can perfectly hear the raging teenagers next room, beds not that comfortable, staff rarely speaking English, did not accept credit card payment, made us go to a nearby atm and withdraw cash.
